When you send an event inquiry, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, event type, requested date and time, venue, estimated guest count, selected add-ons, and notes.

If you select the optional marketing checkbox, we also record your consent choice, the date of that choice, and the wording shown when you opted in. Sending an inquiry does not require marketing consent.

Information collected automatically

If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, device and browser information, and session statistics. We do not intentionally send the personal details entered in the inquiry form to Google Analytics.

Inquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Analytics retention is controlled through the applicable Google Analytics settings.

You can reject optional analytics or change your selection at any time through the Cookie preferences control. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the unsubscribe option included in those messages. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information by contacting us.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults arranging events and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website.
